China is an area where wire dancing occurs frequently. Frequent wire dancing in recent years has brought immeasurable economic losses and social impacts to our country. Composite phase spacer is a device that can effectively prevent line conductors from dancing. It maintains line safety by controlling the distance between conductors and suppressing conductor dancing, and effectively reduces the space in the transmission corridor. It is included in the State Grid Corporation's guidance on galloping prevention. It is listed as the preferred anti-flare measure for compact high-voltage transmission lines and lines with voltage levels of 220kV and below.
Our company has been researching interphase spacer rods in the field of anti-dancing since 2004, and has developed a series of products with different electric music levels, different tower types and wire arrangements, and different user requirements. They have responded well after running on the line for many years, effectively avoiding The occurrence of dancing has been well received by users.

Ordering instructions:
1. When ordering, you need to clearly indicate the distance between each other, the creepage distance and the wire diameter. If it is a split wire, the type and model of the spacer should be indicated.
2. Our company can customize according to design requirements.
As a domestic enterprise with high R&D capabilities in the power fittings and composite insulator industries, our company has been committed to developing various interphase spacing anti-dancing devices, which effectively prevents wire galloping during operation and is well received by users. Due to different installation methods of each line and different climate conditions, the interphase conductors will move differently, so the stress on the entire device is complex. Therefore, our company will generally require users to provide detailed technical conditions to adjust product design, and strive to create optimized products to meet user needs. The following is a preliminary introduction to some typical designs. For further technical consultation, please contact our company.
1. Three-phase linkage structure, the dance between each phase is effectively suppressed; the insulator and the sub-line spacer are connected in the middle to prevent the sub-line from torsion;
2. The insulator is a double-section adjustable design to solve the sag deviation when the original line is installed; it is made of energy-saving special wire clips made of aluminum alloy, with a mechanical strength level of 1t, and the holding force is not less than 5% of the calculated breaking force of the conductor; contact The conductor parts are made of wear-resistant damping rubber;
6. The connecting parts adopt wear-resistant design;
When the gear distance is less than 180 meters, one group can be installed, and between 180 and 300 meters, two groups can be installed. It can also be automatically confirmed based on operating experience and the observed intensity of dancing; when installing one group, you can choose to install one group in the 1/2 direction of the gear distance. The side deviation is 1~5m. When installing the second set, you can choose the 1/3 and 2/3 of the gear spacing, and the side deviation is 1~5m. During actual installation, you can determine it yourself based on the K value of the wire and operating experience.
