They can effectively prevent wind deflection of jumpers, and the wires dance with the wind, ensuring the edge distance between phases and ground, also called hard jumps. Line insulators prevent line tripping, wire arc burns, broken strands, and broken wires caused by wire jumpers. It solves the important hidden danger of wires dancing in the wind, which threatens the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines.
The product can replace the suspension insulator at the hard jumper running in the line. A variety of tower connection fittings are available for users to choose from. Tower connection fittings with special specifications can also be customized for users. Installation is quick and easy.

1. During transportation and installation, windproof composite insulators should be handled with care, should not be thrown, and avoid collision and friction with miscellaneous parts (wires, iron plates, tools, etc.) and sharp and hard objects:
2. When lifting, the knots should be tied on the end accessories. It is strictly forbidden to tie them on the umbrella skirt or sheath. When the rope must touch the umbrella skirt and sheath, the contact part should be wrapped with soft cloth.
3. Do not use windproof and partial composite insulators as an auxiliary tool for placing (retracting) wires to avoid damaging the insulators due to impact force or bending moment.
4. It is strictly prohibited to step on the insulator umbrella skirt.
5. When installing the voltage equalizing ring, attention should be paid to adjusting it so that the ring is perpendicular to the axis of the insulator. For open type voltage equalizing rings, pay attention to the opening directions of both ends in the same direction to facilitate discharge and protect the umbrella skirt.
