It plays multiple roles such as supporting the umbrella cover, internal insulation, connecting the hardware at both ends, and bearing the mechanical load. It has high tensile strength. The strength can generally reach more than 600Mpa, which is 2 times that of ordinary steel and 5 to 8 times that of porcelain materials. It has good dielectric properties and chemical corrosion resistance, as well as good resistance to bending fatigue, creep resistance and impact resistance. sex. The silicone rubber umbrella cover mainly plays the role of protecting the core rod, blocking rain and snow, increasing the creepage distance and external insulation of the product. It is based on high molecular polymer silicone rubber, supplemented by flame retardants, anti-aging agents, and coupling agents. Fillers such as agents are vulcanized under high temperature and high pressure. They have good hydrophobicity and migration properties, as well as good corrosion resistance, aging resistance, electrical insulation and other properties. It also has high pollution lightning voltage and shatter resistance, and uniform voltage distribution. Compared with porcelain, its flashover voltage is less than 2 times that of porcelain under the same conditions.
The composite insulators produced by our company use fittings made of special steel. The ends of the fittings adopt the labyrinth design principle, with multi-layer protection and good sealing performance, which solves the most critical problem of insulators - interface electrical breakdown. The connection between the fittings and the mandrel adopts the most advanced computer-controlled coaxial constant voltage crimping process in the world, and is equipped with a fully automatic acoustic emission flaw detection system to ensure the reliability and stability of the connection between the fittings and the mandrel. The mandrel is an ERC high-temperature acid-resistant rod, and the interface between the mandrel and silicone rubber is coated with a special coupling agent. The umbrella cover adopts a one-time integral molding process under high temperature and pressure, combined with a computer-monitored two-stage vulcanization process to extend the service life of the product. Advanced production equipment and manufacturing technology, complete testing equipment and testing methods ensure that all technical indicators of the product meet relevant domestic and international standards, becoming a new generation of insulators for high-voltage power transmission and transformation lines.
